Just simply dail 8 to reach the front desk reception.
Can I send my luggage to you in advance?
Yes, you may send your luggage in advance.  Please include your name as the hotel guest.

Do you have a smoking area?
Unfortunately, there are no smoking areas on the premises.  
Where can I exchange foreign currency?
A currency exchange machine is available on the 1st floor.
Do the guest rooms come equipped with smartphone charging ports?
Yes, all guest rooms come equipped with USB ports.
Do you have transformers or electrical power adapters available?
Yes, we do. Please contact front desk reception for availability.  Please note that both transformers and electrical power adapter quantities are limited.
Is there a onsite printer avialable for use?
Yes, there is. Please contact the front desk reception.
Is it possible to send parcels, etc., from the hotel?
Yes, we do. Please contact front desk reception.
Can you store luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes, we can.
Do you provide children's amenities?
We do provide children's pajamas and slippers. Please note that quantities are limited.
Can you disinfect baby milk bottles?
Our apologies.  We do not provide this service.
Is it possible to rent a baby crib?
We can provide a baby crib free of charge.  Quantities are limited.
